About Emily

I know first-hand the struggles of being overweight.  All my life I went up and down the scale, trying every diet ever created.  Eventually I topped the scale at well over 200 lbs and realized the life I had always dreamed of was a distant reality.  Step-by-step, I learned to stop dieting and to enjoy a healthier way of eating and living.  I lost over 70 lbs and have maintained my weight loss for many years now. In doing so, I have completely changed the quality of my life.  I am achieving goals I never dreamed possible.  Now, I have created a safe, nourishing, and motivating private practice to guide others on their own quest to make their lives extraordinary.

I have a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College and an M.A. in Religious Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary.  I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, having completed the program in Integrative Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutriton and Columbia University.  I am a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
I made Aliyah to Israel in 2007 with my husband, two kids and our dog.  We currently live in Kfar Saba and I see clients in my home office, via telephone or Skype.  I work with clients here in Israel and all over the world!
